Thanks for your feedback. You are right. Poet Hasrat Mohani coined the term. So, in case of this particular question, the correct answer will be Bhagat Singh.
Inquilab Zindabad was coined by Hasrat Mohani and not Iqbal. The question is wrong.
However it was pushef into the forefront by Bhagat Singh.
