Job Profile and Emoluments:

Probation period is tw0 years for JMG Scale-I and one year for MMG Scale-II.

Pay scale for JMG Scale I post: 23700 – 980/7 – 30560 – 1145/2 – 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020

Pay scale for MMG Scale II post: 31705 – 1145/1 – 32850 – 1310/10 – 45950

Eligibility criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Financial Analyst – Passed final Chartered Accountants exam OR Graduates and CFA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / PGDBM (Finance). Security Officer – Graduate from any University. Civil and Electrical Engineer – 4 years B.E./B.Tech from recognized University.
  • Age limit: Candidate must be 20 to 35 years old.
  • Age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; PWD: 10 years; Ex-servicemen: 5 years; Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir: 5 years; Persons affected in 1984 riots: 5 years
  • Work experience: Chartered Accountant / Financial Analyst – 2 years. Security Officer – 5 years.

Candidates are required to apply online before the last date. Before applying online, read the instructions carefully. Keep scanned image of your photograph and signature ready. Open www.allahabadbank.in, go to Recruitment section and click on Specialist Officers Recruitment Project 2016-17. Then click on the option “APPLY ONLINE”. You’ll be directed to online application form. Choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password generated by the system. Enter your details carefully, validate your details and upload your signature and photograph in the next section. After pressing the Final Submit button, you’ll be asked to enter payment details. Application fees can be paid online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards or Mobile Wallets. Don’t forget to keep copies of your application form and the e-receipt.

Recruitment process:

The Allahabad Bank specialist officer recruitment process involves online test. Online test would cover Reasoning, English, General awareness and test of Professional knowledge. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the online test and Interview.
