National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is recruiting for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade A) and Manager (Grade B) in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS). There are total 115 job vacancies in RDBS. The recruitment process will consist of online examination (Phase I, II and III) and Interview. Pay Scale:
Assistant Manager (Grade A): 17100-1000(11) – 28100-EB- 1000(4)- 32100-1100(1)- 33200. Salary will be approx. Rs. 43183 per month.
Manager (Grade B): 21000-1000(9) – 30000-EB- 1000(2) – 32000-1100(4) – 36400. Salary will be approx. Rs. 54970 per month.
Educational qualification:
For Assistant Manager: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade
For Manager: Master’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) or an equivalent grade or Doctorate Degree or Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor’s Degree or Two Year Full time PG Diploma in Management / MBA.
Age limit:
For Assistant Manager: 21 to 30 years (as on January 31, 2016). Age relaxation up to 3 years for those with experience of working as officer in Commercial, Cooperative, Regional Rural Banks, FIIs, Non-Banking Finance Companies or Corporates.
For Manager: 25 to 35 years (as on January 31, 2016).
Age relaxation:
3 years for OBC; 5 years for SC/ST, ex-servicemen, emergency commissioned officers/short service commissioned officers and domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir. 10 years for general PWD, 13 years for OBC PWD and 15 years for SC/ST PWD.
Work experience:
For Assistant Manager: zero (freshers may apply)
For Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience (2 years for SC/ST) as officer in Commericial, Cooperative, Regional Rural Banks, FIIs, Non-Banking Finance Companies or Corporates.

Selection Procedure:
NABARD will conduct the recruitment process in three stages – Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview. The Prelims will be common for both Grade A and Grade B. Prelims is only qualifying in nature. Both Prelims and Mains will be conducted online. Final selection will be based on the performance in Main Examination and Interview.
